About our therapy...
I have many years of training in various forms of massage. Most storefront places (the Envy one for sure) offer different types of massage. The therapist is not allowed to use her intuition to customize your massage to fit your needs.
Every session I do includes reflexology. And might have a little myofascial release or cranial sacral thrown in. I like to tailor the massage to the persons needs.
